“Photo, favorite colors, menorah…” Jake set the old phone on the table and looked at the note his father left him in his will.

When I die, gather the following items and find the old phone in the attic. Call this number. Your grandfather will help.

It made no sense to him. His grandfather had died before he was born.

“Hello?” the voice on the phone answered.

“Albert Green?” Jake asked.

“Yes. Who is this?”

“Um, my name is Jacob Green and…I’m your grandson.”

There was a pause. “Charlie is dead, isn’t he? Jacob, listen carefully. You are in danger.”

    This left me with chills….There is so much you can do with this…Truthfully this kind of stuff doesn’t grab me but something about this story did…really fine work.
